
T25 is a 10 week program that is split into two phases, the Alpha and the Beta Phase. Yes, you will definitely be able to do it. I am a beginner to fitness will I be able to do T25? There is no difficult choreography to learn and anyone can do it. There are burpees, lunges, punches and kicks but it’s fun and easy to pick up on.

I like to compare it as a combination of Turbofire with the punches and the great music to the sports agility in Insanity.

There is not nearly the plyometric type of jumps that you do with Insanity. Is the workout a lot of jumping like Insanity?
